A day on the Bote

Brent has been on his "Bote" so much since purchasing his own! He loves it, and you can tell just by watching him on it how much he loves being out on the water AND getting a great workout!! Today I dropped him and the Bote off on base and he paddled at least 4 miles!! Where I picked him up after some Target shopping. ;) We're looking forward to getting a second board so we can go out together, but with the pregnancy- now is not the time. :) Someday...

 

It was a little choppy on one side of the bridge today but thankfully the wind was helping Brent, rather than fighting against it! 

The wild life that Brent sees when he is out in the Banana River is amazing! He has videos of dolphins within 20 feet from him swimming around. Today he said he almost fell of his board when he was scared by a manatee who made a big SPLASH when he got to close (four feet or so!) wow! He's also seen many fish and a few sting rays! Super cool.
