Minnesota Time

We have loved our time in Minnesota so far! Although it is SOOO cold (-20's... BRR!!) We are warmed by all the love for us! It's been a busy couple days since being home, and today we plan on just hanging in the house, staying warm, and resting. :-) Ellis immediately started to get stuffed up when we got to Baudette, and after a couple nights with the humidifier he's doing much better. Thankfully! So sad to see him all stuffed up!

Ellis had his first "sink bath" at Grampie and Grammies house! They have a nice big, deep sink, and it worked perfectly! Ellis loves bath time, and it is now clear it doesn't matter if it's tub or sink!

Tuesday night we went over to Grandpa Steve and Grandma Jan's house for yummy lasagna! Grandma Jan played piano with Ellis and he loved it. This little guy is a music man. It quickly calms him down or draws his attention. Grandma Jan is pretty impressive on the piano with one hand!!

We made a discovery that night about Ellis. He has Grandpa Hanlon's double jointed thumbs!!! I know Uncle Jason does too, but it was a neat find to see that Ellis carries on that trait too!

Uncle Vern sure loves Ellis too! :)
