We are preparing for Minnesota COLD!
hahahahaha This picture cracks me up!!! Lisa Sardina had this on hand and gave it to us to have. Although it's clearly to small, we had to try it on before giving it back to her and just about died laughing... Ellis too! (I see a little bit of Thad in Ellis in this picture....) Ellis and I will be flying into MSP Dec. 6th for a weekend in the cities for school. (My LAST trip to MSP for school!!!) And then we will head back to LOW for the rest of the month!! Brent will join us Dec. 22nd-30th. So glad we will be able to spend so much time back home, and that Brent can come home for Christmas!! We are going to be SHOCKED by the cold... we've been chilly on days in the high 60's. We've become wimps.
Driving Lessons
We've met daddy for a couple lunches the past couple weeks because he's been to busy to get home for lunch. Ellis loves to stand at the wheel and look outside. He's growing so fast.
Family Bike Rides
Our trailer can finally be used! Although Ellis is still a little small to be strapped into the actual trailer, his carseat fits in there perfect. It probably doesn't meet safety standards, but we are also not speed biking!! Ellis LOVES it, usually is snoozing by the time we get home. We love it, fresh air, a little exercise, and a good chance to catch up on each others day. And Mox LOOOOVVES it! Such good exercise for him! (Although he does get tired if we go to far and has to sneak in with his brother for a little bit!)
Full of Smiles, Full of Laughs
This little guy is full of happiness! How can you have a bad day when you see this stud! ;-) He laughs when his dad laughs, it's really funny. He smiles and giggles at moxy when he's being crazy, and he always has the sweetest smile for his momma. Such a sweet sweet boy!
WELCOME HOME JAY!!
Monday morning at about 3:45am I received this picture of Jay and Jess Clark reunited again! Jay has been deployed and is finally home SAFELY! We are all so thankful for his homecoming!!!
TV Time
This stinker can not be left attending in this rocker anymore, he tries to get out! Crazy man. But this picture is so funny because we try to keep Ellis from watching TV. The other night while Brent was at hockey, I was watching the music awards and had Ellis facing me on the couch, soon enough, Ellis was watching too!! haha.... He LOVES music!!
Boo to 4 month Shots....
Ellis is a month behind on his shots because of the health stuff early in life... so today we went in for his four month shots... The first time he cried such a sad and helpless cry... it was terrible, today. Same. Thing. :( So so sad to hear him cry like that. He did great most of the day and it wasn't until about 3pm that he started to not feel so great. With a little help from Tylenol to reduce his temp and give him a little pain relief we made it to bed time. He's peacefully sleeping now, and hopefully will have a good nights rest.
Just like cousin Lincoln!
We saw that cousin Lincoln was sitting well on his own. We aren't quite as stable as he, but we too are working on it and can't wait to take a picture with Lincoln sitting like big boys at Christmas!!! (I'm hoping you'll be in Baudette for Christmas Christa?????)
So that's what's new for now.. We head over to Port Charolette tomorrow for Thanksgiving with Gramps. We are all pretty excited about it. We are taking a group approach to making the Thanksgiving feast!! We have a lot to be thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
