Brent's Day Off

Brent had today off and we loved having him home!! :) It was nice to sleep in, start our day off with some pancakes. :) While Brent enjoyed the having hockey back on TV, I organized cupboard space in the kitchen. I also got busy making some fresh homemade banana bread. After making the banana bread (2 loafs) we decided to bike over to the Sardina's to drop one off for them and their company. (Larry, Roxanne and Grandma Marge.)


Brent then took his bike to the bike shop to get his new handle bars put on! 

And he did a few things off the honey-do list for me! Like putting together one of the two out door rockers that have been sitting in the box since we moved here. I had big plans for these chairs, painting, etc... that never happened. SO they will go together white. Timeless right? 

This afternoon we snoozed a bit while we watched some MORE hockey... Oh boy! 

Tonight we will join the Sardina's and Larry, Roxanne and Grandma Marge for dinner at Erica and Andy's house. Busy day, but good day! 

AND TOMORROW WE FIND OUT WHAT WE ARE HAVING!- BOY vs GIRL!!!!!! Hopefully I can sleep tonight!

wow - you did ALL that in one day? i think i was on the couch until at least 10:00 am!!! my mom and dad have the same outdoor rockers. last year i was at fleet farm picking something up for darby and saw a matching miniature one. would be cute for baby!!

yay for tomorrow!!! sleep good!

So thoughtful of you to take banana bread over to Sardina's, and how about those handle bars!!! Is he gonna stand and ride? funny. Excited too, about tomorrow. Will hang around for the call!
