Bite Size Lavash

I had to share this EASY recipe with everyone. A couple years ago Rosalies in Baudette served a big 15 inch Lavash with whatever you wanted on top. It was something my mom really enjoyed and she figured out how to make it herself but in bite sizes. (These are one of our favorites!!) What you will need: A bag of Ritz Main Street Original chips Creamy Havarti Cheese, and we use green and red peppers but you could add any veggies and even chicken! :) Lay the chips out on a pan (we put ours one tin foil on the pan to spare dishes!) then cut up little slices of Havarti Cheese and place chunks on each cracker. Finish by topping with your veggie or chicken. Bake at 350 degree's for 4-5 minutes and you are ready to eat right off the pan ;-) Sooo yummy! I don't think you will be disappointed.

YUM! We do something similar with Bruschetta and herbed cream cheese- broiled then fresh cuke and sea salt when it comes out. Easy lunch in the summer!
Wonder if you can even purchase Lavash in the grocery up there?!
Funny.. I have just heard about a Ritz product that was so good, think it was more of some kinda pretzel cracker though.
