The Armstrongs to Boston!

Yesterday the Armstrongs got into town for the weekend! (My mom's sister Kathleen and her family from Denver) They are spending the weekend in Boston before heading up to Rhode Island for the week! We are sooo excited they are here and are able to do a few fun things together! We met up with them last night for dinner. We walked around Boston a little bit and were acting as their tour guides. We had dinner at Mother Anna's in Italian district. They had awesome patio seating with a great view of the sky line of Boston. Such a beautiful night to be eating outside! It was so much fun!!

There was a carnival going on down town for some religious thing? We walked by the little ceremony and it was all a little bit weird... too weird to explain... I wouldn't know where to start! haha. But... they did have fun games that the girls enjoyed and it reminded us a lot of the county fair back home. ( Our first date was the county fair in LOW... we played Bingo! haha)
Now, the people in Boston are known for being bold....Here was one of the signs at one of the cannoli stands at the street carnival ... unreal.
Today on the schedule.... Duck boat tour and freedom trail!
