Together Again!!

My trip went very well! Everything was on time and Mox was an awesome traveler as usual!! We had about an hour and a half between our three planes and that seemed like just enough time to find our new gate, sit for a bit, and never get to the point of thinking... "is it almost time to board..." Mox slept on the plane and people watched when we walked in the airports. It surprises me how well Mox does with all those people around... usually he can be a spaz... but I think he feels safe in his carrier and knowing I'm holding him. I'm so thankful he travels well!!

The flight got in about 11:45 and pulling up as I got my bag from baggage claim was the love of my life!! :) Perfect timing! Mox was pretty happy to see his dad!! (Me too!) The airport we flew into was about 45 minutes away from our house.. so by the time we got on the road and home it was already close to 12. Then of course we caught up and unpacked some things and finally went to bed about 2am!

Today, the weather was beautiful!! High of 75. It was such a treat and so delightful. We spent most of our day outside in shorts and t-shirts. :) :) :) We headed to the dog park on base to play with Mox. Did some walking around and just enjoying the warm weather and each other!!

Tonight, Brent was able to have his first home cooked meal in 8 weeks!! You guessed it, he was loving it! :)

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers while Brent traveled and Mox and I also traveled. We really appreciate it and are so glad to be together again. Just around the corner we will hopefully be home for a week over the fourth of July!! :)
